I went to HS with Francis and he was such an intelligent, young man, with such a bright future before him. I am so sorry for your loss. My prayers are with all of you who meant so much to him.
I didn’t’ have the privilege of knowing Fran. However, My wife, Mercedes, told me that Fran was the Best President Community Bank has ever had. She has seen them come and go, having been there 25 years, so that is saying a lot about the man.
From his photos, it looks like he led a very rich and exciting life.
